Terms of Service

By signing up for and using Track Meeting, you accept these terms.

Track Meeting is an AI service that helps transcribe, summarize, and manage tasks from meetings. We may improve or change features from time to time.

You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and have the legal authority to bind the organization you sign up on behalf of.

Do not use the service for anything unlawful, to infringe others' rights, or to upload content you have no rights to.

⚠️ You are responsible for obtaining consent or having an appropriate legal basis to record and upload meetings under the PDPA — this responsibility rests with the user/organization.

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel anytime, effective the next billing cycle. Prices exclude VAT.

Content you upload remains yours / your organization's; the software and system remain the property of the provider.

AI outputs (summaries/transcripts/tasks) may contain errors — please verify before relying on them for important decisions. The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account anytime.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
