Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 20, 2026
When you use the service, we collect:
• Account data: name, email, profile picture (via Google Sign-In)
• Meeting content: audio/video files, uploaded documents, transcripts, summaries, and system-generated tasks
• Usage data: minutes/meetings used and login times, to calculate quotas and improve the service
• Payment data: processed via Stripe — we do not store your credit card number
We use data to provide transcription, summarization, and task management from meetings; to bill for the service; to maintain security; and to improve service quality.
Processing is based on performance of a contract and consent, under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
For meeting content your organization uploads, the organization is the "data controller" and Track Meeting acts as the "data processor" (Section 40) on the organization's instructions.
We use providers necessary to operate the service:
• Google (Gemini AI) — processes audio/text for transcription and summarization
• Google / LINE — sign-in (authentication); LINE also sends notifications/follow-ups
• Stripe — payment processing
• Cloudflare, Railway, Neon — infrastructure and data storage
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Some AI processing and hosting may run on servers abroad, with appropriate safeguards as required by the PDPA.
Data is encrypted in transit, isolated per organization, and kept only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law. You can delete data from within the app.
Under the PDPA you have the right to access, obtain a copy, rectify, erase, object to processing, withdraw consent, and receive/port your data. Please contact us to exercise these rights.
We use only cookies essential for sign-in (session) and bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile).
